order online through our secure store by selecting the "add to cart" button associated with any product listed within our store.

order by phone Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm EST, (toll free in US) 866.645.5115 or (local) 828.252.5115. Phone orders will be processed upon receipt of payment and shipped promptly.

tracking an order is only possible if you have selected overnight shipping or if you are placing an international order.

If your order has been received by 1:00 pm EST, it will be packed and sent out that day. Otherwise, it will be shipped the following business day. Standard shipping is facilitated through USPS priority mail, we are unable to track your order once it leaves our fullfillment center. Priority mail is typically received within 2-5 business days.

payment

by credit card through our online store, it is easy and secure. We accept Visa and MasterCard. You may pay by phone and we will process the purchase for you. If you would rather use our printable order form, please complete and mail or fax back to us with the necessary credit card information.

certified funds (bank check or money order) You can place your order through our online store and select check for your payment option upon checkout. Please mail your payment with your name and order number. Orders will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

You can also use our printable order form (coming soon), please complete and mail it back to us with payment. International customers must use an international bank check or money order in US funds. Orders will be shipped as soon as both form and payment has been received.

shipping

domestic (within the US) will be shipped via the USPS for orders up to 35 lbs. As you complete your order, you will see the exact shipping charges that will apply to your invoice. Because we ship by weight, we cannot supply a shipping table for you to review prior to checkout. You may select Priority or Express shipping, you may also specify that you would like delivery confirmation in the order comments box.

international (including Mexico and Canada) shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail International up to 20 lbs, this service provides online tracking. This shipping charges calculated includes insurance.

returns

Returns will be accepted for 30 days from purchase date. No returns or liability will be accepted for inappropriate handling and storing of the products (see storage and handling). Refunds will not be approved for a return that has less than 75% product remaining. We do not refund shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return postage.

Returned merchandise will be processed within 2 weeks from the time we receive if for an exchange, credit, or refund. Any return must include the original packing slip. Credit card refunds will require 2 billing cycles. Please contact Customer Service for instructions for the return procedure.
